Great literature and small literature

The book "Al-Adab Al-Saghir" and "Al-Adab Al-Kabir" are considered among the books of education and morals in Arabic literature and for the works of Abdullah bin Al-Muqaffa, and it was called "Al-Adab Al-Saghir" by this name. Because his author, "Ibn al-Muqaffa," intended the advice it contained to the general public, while his other book, "Al-Adab Al-Kabir," was directed to the sultan and the elite, and he presented in it unique examples of Persian wisdom. He brought us a unique book filled with great literature, knowledge, and beauty of style. "Small Literature" included scattered fragments of various thoughts, experiences from the past, and the wisdom of ancestors, about life and existence. The book came in the Abbasid era, in which prose writing flourished.The two books aim at political and social reform of the individual and society, as well as matters related to friendship and transactional ties.
