Graphene Field-Effect Transistor Biosensors

In this monograph, the graphene-based field-effect transistor (FET) biosensors are shown to be an emerging sensing platform. Finally the remaining problems in graphene FET biosensors are discussed, along with proposed solutions and prospects for future applications.
