goodnight, goat: A Collection of Poetry

A most fucked-up tapestry, woven for two. In "goodnight, goat.", Chris Nold's 2nd collection of poetry, there are two people: one who stood before (& who caused) the fall, and he who emerges from the wreckage, fully aware now of the damage he is capable of inflicting. If "Rhino" was an analysis of the pain from inside of the wound, "goodnight, goat." is an investigation of how one reaches that point when man becomes animal, and the unknown entity who will step forward once the dust has settled. Through a jumbled mess of timelines & identities, one question will emerge: Who will you be, when you know the harm you can leave in your wake?
