Bad attitudes and unwarranted behavior on the aircraft are the products of today’s pampered generation with their claim of entitlement, individual rights and privilege, most often people show attitudes of I want to do what I want, when and how I want. This generation’s mindset had affected every area of our lives and passenger behavior on board has not been left out.
