God between Authority and Ruler - On the Problem of Religious Sovereignty

Within human civilizations in general, the divine-kingly ideology has constituted a fundamental axis of the philosophy of authoritarian rule. The name of the king and leader has been associated with divine rule. Thus, human societies have, throughout time, believed that these rulers and leaders derive their power from supernatural attributes granted to them by supernatural factors. This has led to a tendency toward an extreme concept of sanctification and worship. This concept quickly evolved over the ages, based on various forms, sometimes linked to animal forces and other natural factors. This is because the idea of ??God was shrouded in mystery in primitive religions, and then firmly established in monotheistic religions through the slogan of the One God, Creator of the universe and humanity. The philosophy of divine sovereignty remained linked to authority, and was reborn in the post-monotheistic prophetic era, influenced by the integration of various civilizations. This thought was thus revived in various forms, the most important of which was "political-authoritarian."
