Global Environmental Change

This book describes how the atmosphere works as a global entity to maintain a given global climate or to maintain an adequate ozone shield. It focuses on the two aspects of global change brought about by human activities: a global change in climate and a deterioration of the earth's protective shield of ozone. The authors show how to use information about how the atmosphere functions to predict the future courses of these two aspects of global change.
