About the Author

Audrey Malcolm is a Jamaican poet, songwriter, and Lupus warrior. She has won awards for her poems in the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) - Creative Writing Competition and in 2022, she was awarded the Best Adult Playwright. Audrey was diagnosed with Lupus in 1999, and since then, she has devoted her life to making persons more aware of Lupus and its effect on those who suffer from it. She always encourages Lupus warriors to make lemonade out of their given lemon.
