Lord Devon Casterbury has found a new vein of the dangerous gemstone Kaelinite, and the inventions that he patents are slowly seeping into Loxport; turning citizens into the very worst versions of themselves. And now, he's set his sights on The Gilded Gear, a prestigious award that would give him power to mould the city to his will.
