Family traditions are an important part of creating memories; its those memories that are the gifts we cherish. I started a simple tradition with my family when we sit at the kitchen table to eat. We go around the table, one at a time, sharing one special positive moment of our day. It gives us some time to listen to one another, share, and laugh together when our schedules normally have us going in many directions. You may like to try it too!
