Get Back on the Horse?

Life is hard. So is the ground. One minute you're whistling along and then, BAM As if time skipped a beat without telling you, you're lying there in disbelief, praying if you don't try to get up maybe nothing will hurt. But the ground feels so much harder than it used to, and it looks like your boot straps are all but worn out. We all can use a hand up once in a while.
