General Didactics

The dominant themes of this research are motivation for learning, the relationship between teaching methods and learning methods for students' academic success. In recent years, she has developed the theme of Higher Education Didactics, focusing on the quality of teacher training, the organisation of higher education students' learning methods, their skills and performance in the construction of knowledge. There can be no teacher training, or indeed any professional training, without didactics, commonly defined as the art of teaching. I've seen this in my contact with teachers and future teachers, both in training courses, seminars, discussions and in the classroom, talking and dialoguing about who a teacher is; how they should act in and out of class; what mechanisms teachers should use to make their relationship with students effective and efficient.
