Future Access Enablers for Ubiquitous and Intelligent Infrastructures

This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the Third International Conference on Future Access Enablers for Ubiquitous and Intelligent Infrastructures, FABULOUS 2017, held in Bucharest, Romania, in October 2017.
