From the dream of freedom to migration for capital

This work, which looks like a book in Geography, attempts to reveal the actions and strategies of sugarcane agribusiness, from the perspective of migrant labor in the sugarcane fields, with the aim of understanding the relations of labor exploitation, taking the specific contradictions of what is happening in the municipality of Gast o Vidigal - SP as a territorial basis. This research has allowed us to unravel the content of the "knots" of sugarcane migrants. Why they migrate to the capital and what assessments are contained in their thoughts about this process, which is being repeated and intensified at the beginning of the 21st century.
