From Hope to Peace

This book examines what I believe are Seven Divine Energies of the Universe. I define these energies, From Hope to Peace, in a way that can be utilized by applying a formula called M.A.P: Meditation, Affirmation, and Prayer. Over a seven day period we will work together to empower you to achieve your goals of a balanced lifestyle. Each day we will explore one of the Seven Divine Energies of: Hope, Belief, Faith, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Unconditional Love, and Peace, in detail using the M.A.P. formula.
