In early June 2023, internationally well-known and highly respected scholar, numismatist and historian Ivar Leimus turns 70. To celebrate this anniversary, his friends and colleagues have offered various insights into the topics close to the heart of Ivar, be it the research history of the Baltic region numismatics, the distribution of finds or unlocking the various aspects of the production and use of the coins. On the one hand, this Festschrift underlines the versatility of his career and, on the other hand, gives good insights into the vibrant numismatic research around the Baltic Rim and beyond.
