From Darkness to Night

Young, beautiful and troubled, Reneata Morris tries to end her own life after discovering the murder of her older brother, Ervin, an art prodigy and recovering drug addict. Confined to Bethany Skylar Mental Institution after the failed suicide attempt, Reneata, who blames herself for her brother's death, befriends Dr. Bobby Brown, a young, attractive psychiatrist who goes out of his way to help her confront her painful past. But unbeknownst to her, Dr. Brown knows something about the days leading to Ervin's death and a horrid family secret that her mother has hidden for many years. He struggles with whether to disclose what he knows in fear that it will setback her recovery.
