Free-Hand Drawing

Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. This book is intended for public school teachers, and for all teachers and students of elementary drawing. Its object is the presentation of artistic methods of studying free-hand drawing. In order that this book may be inexpensive, and may meet the needs of the large number of teachers whose instruction includes outline drawing only, light and shade, which is of interest to many teachers, is made the subject of another book.
