Vengeance is a fast moving tale of a man out to revenge the violation of his mother and the murder of his first love. It traces the life of Frank Justice Rules from early childhood and the events that shaped his life. It is set in the coalfields of western Pennsylvania and the Coal and Iron Police who brutally controlled the miners.
