Franco and the Flood

The weather forecast called for rain, so Franco Fox put on his raincoat before starting his walk to school. Suddenly, Franco felt a few raindrops on his nose. He thought his biggest worry would be missing recess. When the rain does not stop, and school is dismissed early because of a flash flood warning, Franco realizes this is not a typical rainy day.
