Forgiveness in a Comparative Legal Context

This is a comparative study between Islamic law and the Chinese legal culture. The study introduces the concept of Constructive Rehabilitative Forgiveness (CRF) which is a rehabilitative method derived from the Islamic legal culture. HRH Prince Saud Alhassan Saud Abdulaziz Al Saud
