Forensic Civil Engineering

This work is the result of the experience on structural assessment, for this reason it is expected to be useful to have a broader knowledge in this field of civil engineering, those engineers or engineering students who are engaged in this practice and want to apply the "JECC" Method described in this document. They can obtain the diagnosis of cracks, determining the level of structural risk and its risk of habitability under the immediate condition, without considering the future occurrence of additional damage to the civil work.
