For the Sake of a Flower

Largo Calasti has never been one to follow the heroic traditions of his family. He chooses to be nothing more than a farmer. But when Jirel herself seems to have withdrawn from all of her priesthood, someone needs to do something, and he's had a vision that makes the local high priestess think that he might be needed, to go seek out the one priestess who has had a similar vision, a few days ride. What seems to be happening, though, is that Jirel is dying, and must be brought to rebirth. Will Largo have the courage he needs to face the fate that he was called for? Is there any hope for the green world?
