Take a walk in some tough shoes. Walk the streets of Chicago with the man who owns the street, not by contract or deed but by fighting for the right. When people are killed on his street Cassidy takes responsibility. After a long and unremarkable career someone pushes the wrong button and Cassidy comes alive.
