Fledgling

This is a story about redemption. A grown man, Francis hangs out at home doing drugs. His mother Elizabeth kicks him out. Twenty years later, he comes home to ask her for help rebuilding his life. Despite his age, he is like a fledgling bird that can't yet fly. Elizabeth re-discovers that she loves him when he proves that he's the same honorable son that he always was. Length: about 200 pages.
