Fixed-term employment contracts in Mozambique

The aim of this book is to discuss the fixed-term employment contract, identifying the negative points of its legal regime in order to stimulate future reforms. As part of this research, the aim is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the legal limitations on concluding this type of employment contract.The author takes a special approach to the fixed-term employment contract and other types of employment contracts that have connections and affinities with it, a comparison of the previous legal regime with the current one and a comparative analysis of legal regimes in other legal systems and the legal-technical aspects of the employment contract in general.
