Fish Swimming in the Rain

Ten pastoral fairy tales by Sun Liping are collected in this book, including, Turn off the Wind, Turn off the Rain, The Little Squirrel's Hat, and The Embroidery Needle in Spring. Among them, Spring's Embroidery Needle tells the tale of neighbors whose trees were completely immobile although all of their flowers were in full bloom. It turned out that I misplaced the embroidery needle when spring arrived at my home. The narrative of Little Squirrel's Hat is about a young squirrel I encountered on a fall outing and begged me to take a picture of. It wanted to pose wearing its favorite hat for a picture, but when I followed it, I failed to spot any headwear. The ant on the grass who screamed out for rescue from me because I was terrified of heights is the subject of the narrative in Turn off the Wind, Turn off the Rain. I was asked to climb to a height to assist in turning off the wind and rain switches as the ant kingdom was suffering intense rain and wind. Could I manage it? The ten fairy tales all originate from rich, personal daily life, such as the home courtyard, the garden behind the house, the periphery of autumn expeditions, and the alleys on the streets... all of which will produce fantastic tales.
