Bailouts, spending increases and a re-engineered health care system are just a few ways Washington politicians have launched a major expansion of the federal government in response to our recent economic turmoil. Texas Governor Rick Perry argues that the almost daily federal expansion we are witnessing is a dangerous, unconstitutional intrusion on states' rights and individual liberties.
