In the fourth instalment of the K-Twelve Legacy Series, the Office of Special Projects is under new management - Colonel James Scott. When a former operative dies suddenly whilst researching a book and then his son disappears without trace, Scott assigns rookie operative Fiona Dexter to investigate. Fallon is sent to Scotland to investigate the death of an analyst who's body is washed up on the shores of the River Clyde. Files suddenly get delivered to the OSP headquarters that point to an attack by a far right group called 'The Wolf Pack', whose origins hark back to the end of the Second World War, who plan to bomb a climate change conference.
