Fabulous in Flats

After living with an autoimmune illness for 25 years and

always being told that I have to share my story, I am finally ready.

This book is for Multiple Sclerosis patients, autoimmune sufferers,

and those who deal with an illness on a daily basis. In this book, I

introduce the strategies I personally used with the intention of sharing

ideas and giving hope to those who need it. It is lighthearted in nature

and includes many personal stories, humorous moments, tips and

tricks, as well as insight on how to manage life with an incurable

condition. My main hope is to inspire you with multiple resources to

consider, practitioners you might incorporate, natural remedies, and

systems for dealing with illness - so that you can thrive.
