Extra Special Me

Devondra Banks, a native of Houston, Texas, is an author, music educator, and motivational speaker, She has spent the past ten years of her life educating and inspiring youth who attend Title I schools in low-income areas. Extra Special Me is a poem and message of hope and affirmation written to children born with Down Syndrome and the people in their lives who inspire them daily.
