Current talk about the "e;new normal"e; and "e;going back to normal"e; has some questioning what normal means. What does normal look like? Is anyone or anything ever truly normal? Is normal something we should strive for? And if so, why do we revere the exceptional? Do we always need to return to the status quo, or can we learn and grow, taking the good parts of our past as we move forward into a new future?
