Author Biography: David E. Jones received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, and his master’s and doctorate in anthropology from the University of Oklahoma. As a field anthropologist,Dr. Jones has spent decades studying the folklore of native people throughout the world. Currently, he is a full professor of anthropology at the University of Central Florida. In addition, he is the author of seven books, including Women Warriors, An Instinct for Dragons, and Visions of Time. Dr. Jones and his family reside in the Orlando, Florida area.
