Survive. That's the only thing on Nirue's mind after waking up on a foreign planet, surrounded by a chain-bound mute and a convict.

Without any idea of how they got there-or why-Nirue, Atia and Ranger are told they must pass four "trials" to return to their families on Earth. These trials are no walk in the park, though. Racing against the clock, the trio must overcome all odds in the most perilous and extreme climates to have a chance to hold a loved one again, to go back to their old lives.
