Enhancing Safety Culture in the Energy Sector

This book addresses maturity of process safety implementation effectiveness based on US PSM OSHA CFR1910 and Canadian CSAZ 767 requirements with integration of human factors performance in energy processing plants. Process safety maturity scales are provided to address incident reduction, organizational learning and leadership behaviors and human factors that undermine or promote process safety sustainability. Useful risk tools and surveys are given that can be easily applied to other processing plants.
