Contemporary Educational issues provide the much-needed perspective to make sense of an educational system, as large, diverse and dynamic as India, itself is. The importance of teacher training cannot be underestimated-if the teachers are not comfortable, while working in a changing modem atmosphere. Teachers need understand and be able to tackle a wide variety of issues, in relation to teaching. This study, includes in part, the research outcomes of the investigations as well as practical experience, accumulated by school experiment-participants. It also incorporates some conceptual documents, developed in the process of scientific researches and of course, the practical knowledge, gained by reputed teachers.
