What if I told you that anyone can be an Empath? It does not require a sixth sense, a third eye, or any type of deep meditation. Instead, it requires enhancing your sense of touch. Your sense of touch can feel neural activity in your nervous system. And it can be enhanced to feel neural energy emitted by other people's neural activity. These exercises and instructions are an attempt to teach the reader how to do these things and more.
