Emma: Freshman Year

Emma Olsen is now a high school freshman. Despite dealing with the aftermath of her mistakes in eighth grade, things are looking up for Emma when she gets romantically involved with someone who stood up to her bullies. Unfortunately, that relationship does not last long, and Emma proceeds a series of horrible mistakes throughout the school year, one of them so bad that the Olsen family loses everything they have. Plagued with guilt, Emma feels as if the world would be better off without her, so she takes matters into her own hands. Will Emma's mom forgive her daughter for her mistakes before it's too late?
