Emerging Scenario Of Ethics Based Governance In India

Professor Habibur Rehman is an eminent academician and has witnessed the unfolding of events in India since partition. He obtained his higher education from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and also from the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He has served as the Vice-Chancellor of Dr. Ambedkar University, Agra (India), Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Kashmir University, Srinagar and Head, Department of Economics and Management, University of Sokoto, Nigeria. He has published extensively and some of his books include, “The Muslim mindset, Terrorism and Jihad in Islam” by Macmillan Publishers India Ltd, “Plight of Indian Muslims after Partition” by Atlantic Publishers, India and “Why Reservation for Muslims” by Gyan Books, India. He has been involved with several academic and administrative assignments. He has vast experience in teaching and excellent knowledge of research and consultancy.
