Emerald isles and growth dilemma

The dilemma experienced by two sizable nations located in the emerald isles namely Indonesia and Malaysia is the main issue of this book. Both countries are experiencing high economic growth, but on the other hand, as one of the largest contributors of carbon emissions in the world. This causes environmental damage known as the phenomenon of global warming. Several macroeconomic factors are selected to be investigated for their influence on carbon emissions produced by both countries. The ability of both countries is also measured to create economic growth that is simultaneously able to reduce carbon emissions.
