Electrochemical Nanotechnologies

In this book, the term "electrochemical nanotechnology" is defined as nanoprocessing by means of electrochemical techniques. Chapters are classified under four different headings: Nanotechnology for energy devices - Nanotechnology for magnetic storage devices - Nanotechnology for bio-chip applications - Nanotechnology for MEMS/Packaging.
