Effects of substituting maize with sorghum in broilers

The books covers the effects of substitution of maize with SV1 and Redswazi in broilers diets at 30 % and 60% levels. body weight gains, Feed conversion ratios and weekly weight gains were recorded. Effects of dehulling and undehulled sorghum varieties used were noted. Effects of tannins in broilers were also described and explained. Sorghum used was also tested for nutritional composition and proximate analysis was done to indicate its nutritional composition.
