Effective Guardianship

The purpose of this research is to effectively protect the rights of the accused in the interruption of the oral trial due to the non-appearance of qualified witnesses in the trial phase of the Criminal Judicial Circuit of the State of Zulia in the year 2021. Regarding the methodological approach of the study, it was carried out through the qualitative methodology, with the dialectical hermeneutic method, being a type of explanatory research, propositive, using as a technique unstructured interviews and for the collection of information the interview script. To diagnose the interruption of the trial due to the non-appearance of qualified witnesses in the trial phase of the judicial circuit in the year 2021; 3. To propose a transforming proposal for the reduction of the interruption of the oral trial due to the non-appearance of qualified witnesses in the criminal trial.
