Edwin Mendenhall

A man of strong evangelical faith, Edwin Mendenhall surrenderedto a religious calling and enthusiastically told his bishop, Iam your missionary to Wayne County! In 1844, he uprootedhis family and embarked on a journey to the remote northeasterncorner of Pennsylvania, an area he believed was a spiritual fi eld readyfor harvest. Almost forgotten, Mendenhalls story is about a manssingular mission to share a timeless message of hope.
