Six remarkable women. Six best friends. They each led rich lives as wives, professionals, and mothers and now were facing old age on their own. The uncertainty of the future, tending a house alone, health problems, and loneliness brings the devoted friends together for a night reminiscent of their younger years. Known for years as the 'goddesses' they share their fears and frailties in facing this; the last chapter. Over fried food, long-neck beer, and high-quality tequila they come up with a plan. A plan to be independent but not alone, have choices but not the sole responsibility, have the company of loved ones but not be a burden. They design their very own assisted living community.
