This book deals with many development areas of the Egyptian economy, starting with new cities, as they are the cornerstone of achieving sustainable renaissance. The study presented some ideas to address the problems of urban development and support cooperative housing to protect young people from greed in real estate investment, through the expansion of social housing. Each housing unit should be matched by a new job opportunity, so that the new cities do not turn into mere hotels for residence.The study proposed ways to increase operating efficiency in industrial cities, based on relying on local raw materials first, while expanding projects to replace imports with industrial production, taking into account the localization of modern technology in the industrial sector. In addition to developing the Sinai Peninsula with crops that suit water scarcity, in conjunction with investment in the cities overlooking the Suez Canal axis.The author pointed out many fundamental issues, most notably the transformation of small industries into a national project to meet the Egyptian market''s need for various goods in a new manner and with innovative ideas, in addition to reforming education and employing cultural and media products to serve the economy, with the necessity of directing foreign investment according to the country, so as not to New projects lead to the cessation of already existing projects.
