Ecological justice and the importance of water rights

The work is, from a logical-formal point of view, research in that it explains its methodological bases, its semantic agreement (use of Operational Concepts and Categories) and the fulfilment of its objectives. From the point of view of legal sensitivity, it is a manifesto, whose appeal is directed towards thinking about how to develop Ecological Justice from what the Latin American Constitutions consider to be styles of coexistence for a good life. This is the challenge of Sustainability, not as an empty, abstract discourse, but as life itself, in which it silently changes and undergoes metamorphoses to ensure the biological, physiological, informational and psychological stability of the beings and environments that circumscribe the Earth.
