Sixty-year-old Robert is newly retired. An ex-workaholic with a huge retirement fund and an overwhelming amount of free time on his hands. He is lured by a brand-new coffee shop that is walking distance from his apartment. This coffee shop opens up opportunities for him to observe people and eavesdrop on enthralling stories that are far more addictive and inspiring than the coffee he craves.
