Dusty Diamond

There is a way to exchange the hurts of the past into a brighter future.The dusty diamond that resides in our Christian hearts will shine with the light of Jesus Christ as we practice forgiveness. With the assistance of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, forgiveness can begin to release those past abuses and sorrows and replace them with hope for the future. When we step out in faith and forgive, God will bless our efforts and encourage our hearts. We can finally experience true joy. As we grow in peace and joy, the love of God will not only change our lives but will also touch the lives of others. The mercy of God is greater than any pain we endured in our past, and God will exchange that pain for a peaceful future. The struggle with memories of a painful past will no longer control our lives as we release those memories that have been holding us back and forgive as we have been forgiven.
