Duck on the Menu: The Story of Writtle Old Boys' Cricket Club

This is the story of the Writtle Old Boys' Cricket Club, the odd pioneers of the Twenty20 format of the game in the 1970s. The team of former Writtle College students come from Chelmsford in deepest Essex. This book is a light-hearted look at over thirty years of cricket, including the tours to Framlingham College, batting collapses, dropped catches and an early beer down the pub.
