The current state of construction issues is considered. structures and data processing in distributed information - measuring systems (DIMS) of security alarms and alerts (SAA). The principles of construction, the basic properties and characteristic features of DIMS SAA. Held analysis of data processing structures and algorithms, investigated existing methods of data transfer to DIMS SAA, proposed mathematical model, dynamic algorithms routing and optimizing the distribution of information flows taking into account the congestion of channels in modern DIMS SAA.
